Denny Stanley a third generation master carpenter along with his wife Carla Stanley carried on their families tradition as home building based out of Ashland Ky. As they had their three children Kristi, Denny Joe and Shane Stanley. Denny and Carla instilled the same lessons they were given. Denny and Carla taught their children to building with pride, excellence and obtain the knowledges needed to become teachers themselves and instilled in each of them, to teach you need to be able to preform the task you teach. As their children reach their teenage years they had mastered the art of home building by the time they graduated high school. Kristi went on to become a School teacher obtaining her master making her career and Denny Joe and Shane went straight into home building, joining their father building for local General contractors based out of Ashland Ky. In 1995 while Denny Joe was building a home in Charleston WV he was approached by a concrete company to install all the concrete needed for a Lowe’s in Wheelersburg Ohio. After completing the Lowe’s the General Contractor approached Denny J with an offer to create a commercial concrete company that would change their lives. Denny took this back to his father and brother where they created DDS Concrete Inc. Denny E had been the foreman for project such as the Yatesville tunnels and dams, the twin bridges into Ashland Ky and had extensive knowledge in the concrete industry. DDS concrete became an instant success. With Denny E experience, Denny J as the estimator/Pr and Shane as the project manager and master operator. DDS became one of the leading Concrete Contractors in the Tri state which would lead to the east coast building for clients such as. Walmart, Kroger’s, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Cracker Barrel, schools, motels, strip malls, Tiltup construction, and many more. In 2007 DDS was acquired by the CW Services based out of Ky retiring Denny E Stanley. Denny J would become CW’s president of their concrete division and Shane would become CW’s project manager. As the economy took a plunge in the mining and coal industry. Denny J and Shane Stanley left CW and created National Concrete Construction Inc. The additional skills they acquired at “CW Services” a nation wide contractor with a reputation of excellence lead by Wells family again had changed their out look in the construction industry. With the assistance of CW services National Concrete would moving into the industrial world building for clients such as CSX, South Carolina and Gas, Martin Marietta, power plants and mining. After years of the concrete industry and working hundreds of men and women across America, National Concrete was approached to assist larger concrete companies all over the U.S. which lead to the creation of United Workforce in 2020. Supplying Men and women to companies across the U.S. to date Nation concrete and United Workforce have assisted or contracted Concrete project in 25 states across the America.
